Pass guarantee

CEI Grill is operated by VASTLY PRECISE PTE. LTD. (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Singapore. This policy explains our pass guarantee and our approach to refunds.

Our pass guarantee

We back CEI Grill with a pass guarantee. If you prepare with CEI Grill, sit the official CEI (KAH) examination, and do not pass, we’ll give you a free 60-day extension of your premium access so you can keep preparing and re-sit — at no extra cost. We’re confident the platform prepares you to clear the exam first time; this guarantee backs that up by giving you more preparation, not less.

Refunds

Because the pass guarantee gives you additional preparation time rather than your money back, purchases are non-refundable. Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under Singapore law that cannot be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

Who is eligible for the extension

• You purchased premium access (the one-time S$88).
• You completed at least one full mock exam on CEI Grill before your exam attempt.
• You sat the official CEI (KAH) examination after your purchase.
• You did not pass that attempt.
• You can provide proof of the result (see below).

What counts as proof

We’ll ask for the official result for the exam attempt you’re claiming — for example, the result notification or slip issued by the test administrator — showing your name and that you did not pass. Please also use (or quote) the email address you purchased with, so we can match it to your account.

How and when to claim

Email support@ceigrill.com within 30 days of receiving your exam result, attach your proof, and let us know you’d like to claim the pass-guarantee extension.

How the extension works

• Approved claims add 60 days of premium access to your account, applied from the later of the approval date or your current access end date.
• No cash changes hands — the guarantee is additional access, not a refund.
• One extension per qualifying exam attempt.

What isn’t covered

• Purchases where you passed the exam, or have not yet sat it.
• Claims without acceptable proof of a failed result.
• Requests made more than 30 days after your result.
• Accounts that did not complete at least one full mock exam before the attempt.

We may decline claims we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or abusive. We may consider exceptional cases at our discretion.

No subscription

CEI Grill is a single one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. Access ends after 60 days (or after any extension applied under this guarantee) unless you buy again.
