Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CEI Grill at ceigrill.com, operated by SHWE MATCH PTE. LTD. (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Singapore. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms.

What CEI Grill is

CEI Grill is an online exam-preparation platform for the Singapore CEI (KAH) examination, providing practice questions, a mock exam, course notes, and a cheat sheet for study.

CEI Grill is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), any government agency, or any official course provider. Our materials are for exam practice only and do not constitute legal advice. While we work to keep content accurate against official sources, we do not guarantee any particular exam result.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• Accounts are for a single individual. To protect our content, only one device can be signed in to an account at a time — signing in elsewhere ends the other session.
• You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

Purchase and access

• Premium access is a one-time payment of S$69 (Singapore Dollars) granting 60 days of full access from the date of purchase.
• This is not a subscription: there is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. Access ends after 60 days unless you purchase again.
• Payments are handled by Stripe.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund policy.

Acceptable use

To keep the platform fair and protect our content, you agree not to:

• share, resell, sublicense, or give others access to your account or the paid content;
• copy, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute the question bank, explanations, or any other materials;
• access the service through automated means, or attempt to circumvent our security or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

Intellectual property

All content on CEI Grill — including questions, explanations, course notes, the cheat sheet, branding, and design — is owned by SHWE MATCH PTE. LTD. or its licensors and is protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own exam preparation only.

Disclaimers and liability

We provide CEI Grill with reasonable care and skill. Because passing the CEI (KAH) exam depends on many factors outside our control, we do not guarantee any particular exam result, nor that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of CEI Grill is limited to the amount you paid us for the access to which the claim relates (S$69). Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under Singapore law.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund policy affects any rights you have under Singapore law that cannot be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you may also have access to Singapore’s consumer dispute channels, such as the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) or the Small Claims Tribunals.

General

• Changes: we may update these Terms from time to time; we’ll update the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy policy and Refund policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding CEI Grill.
• Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Assignment: you may not transfer your account or these Terms; we may transfer them to a successor of our business.
• Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Third-party links: our site may link to third-party sites (for example, official statute pages); we are not responsible for their content.
